This is just brutal and defies logic. To my colleagues currently holding open houses, PLEASE use common sense! To buyers who are looking, be safe and book private showings if you can. Open houses are a great marketing tool but they have to be done in accordance with current guidelines. Clearly this was not done here and the open houses on both days should have been cancelled. Guidelines currently in place protect both home owners and potential buyers.
