What does a toner do..? Toner is a demi permanent color used on hair after it has been ightened. Toner gets rid of brassy tones. The toner works most noticeably on light hair as it does not lift or permanently alter the color, but rather adds a tone over it. This is great for anyone with yellow or orange tones. BYE BRASSY, HELLO SASSY! Last service: 7 weeks ago Toner and Cut: 2 hours ... My client has decided to go for a toner and cut for this appointment! We are maintaining the hair integrity in preparation for next time. In the next service we will do babylights that blends well with her natural colour. For her cut we cleaned up the ends while maintaining length. While the hair was dry we went over any distressed ends keeping the hair healthy and shiny.
