Hi friends and clients, I hope this note finds you well. With the recent outbreak of Covid-19 virus, health concerns and the working restrictions being imposed across Ontario, I am reaching out to let you know the status of our small business and the changes that we will be implementing in the coming season.... Currently, we are still planning and preparing for our spring start up. Depending on restrictions and developing health protocols we may be forced to reduce some services for our 2020 season. My current thoughts.... It seems as though janitorial service and maintenance companies will be able to continue to operate, within the current guidelines set out by Health Canada and the Ontario Provincial Government. Social distancing will be in effect more than likely throughout the next few months. Here's what we can do: We will currently be only offering exterior window cleaning and other exterior services such as gutter cleaning, house washing and pressure washing. Our office systems are already in place to process credit cards and e-transfers, checks will also continue to be accepted by mail. We are looking to implement a system where we will be able to, either by text or email, notify you prior to our arrival on you property for both your safety and the safety of our employees. As we are working outside, minimal to no contact is required to perform our work. We are also looking at running 1 team member per truck to protect the heath of our staff. Where we are: Personally, I have just finished self quarantine after returning from New Jersey 3 weeks ago. I am doing fine with no symptoms. I can appreciate the stress and anxiety for those of you who who are still working and trying to navigate the current situation. This is not easy for anyone. When Are We Available to Work? We are currently trying to sift through the government regulations. For your safety, our safety and the general safety of the community, it's our goal to provide services as laid out by the Ontario and Federal government. This is an evolving situation, and unfortunately we don't have definitive answers yet. As soon as we feel confident that we are legally allowed to perform exterior cleaning, we will be back in touch to let you know that we can accept bookings. We have been taking advantage of this down time to clean and prepare all of our equipment, and as soon as we get the go ahead, we are ready to work.
