Well, for the first day of fall Victoria, BC sure isn't kidding around! Back from my time off and feeling refreshed and eager to get my healing hands on some tender toes! New hours at the spa include some evening spaces ( Monday and Tuesday) to accommodate my hard working clients :) Come on in for some relaxing and rejuvinating therapy at the Heavenspa!

I had an incredible experience this weekend! As we were preparing for a very important event, a good friend of mine told me that she was beginning to see the "auras" or shiny lights that always precede her migraine headaches, and she was truthfully very concerned as to whether or not she would be able to make it through the days events if it were to progress into a full-blown migraine. I encouraged her to drink water, ingest some caffeine and eat a banana (potassium) and then... took her away from the crowded room and began giving her a specific Reflexology treatment focusing on the head and neck reflexes and sinus reflexes. She relaxed and accepted the healing energies I was sharing with her and, believe it or not, completely skipped over the migraine! She was immensely grateful for my assistance, and I was equally grateful to be able to help. Our event was a success, and she and I have both been reconfirmed on the healing power of Reflexology! I am so grateful to have the opportunity to touch people's lives through reflexology. What an inspiring and reaffirming experience I had today with a wonderful client, leaving us both feeling uplifted and content with the energy we shared during our session. I can hardly wait to see her again!
