The main thing we want you to take away from #WorldGlaucomaWeek: regular eye exams are key - #BeSeenIn2020! If you don't have an optometrist to call your own, visit FindAnEyeDoctor.ca to locate yours.

A few great nutrients for our eye health include: Vitamin C (forms and maintains collagen in the eye, promotes healthy capillaries in the retina & may reduce ...the risk of vision loss associated with AMD). Omega-3 Fatty Acids (help to protect tiny blood vessels in the eyes and may prevent AMD and dry eyes.) Lutein + Zeaxanthin (antioxidants that produce pigment in the macula - part of the retina that’s responsible for fine-feature vision). Stay tuned to learn more about nutrients + our eyes!
