Trace your finger up your central meridian, starting at your root chakra and going all the way up to your third eye chakra ... lock it and throw away the key. Something new at ABC ... dog massage.

What a terrific group yesterday at ABC! These four amazing individuals learned Reiki & EFT for Animals, adding more tools to their toolkit, assisting with their animal families well-being. Even though I was sick, I very much enjoyed teaching this talented group. Thanks to Mike Boudreau for being the muscle and doing all the setting up and taking down of the equipment, to Bev for coming in on her one day off to open the shop and help with setting up, and to Caroline for her presentation and being there all day with the group. Special gratitude for Reba for allowing us to work on her, as you can see by the picture, she appreciated the energy work. Dirty was also receptive to being a part of the practice. Well done!
