#Repost @subarustormrx (@get_repost) Week1:Self portrait... What a challenge this first week. I've never taken a portrait ever in my left let alone a self portrait. Using the 10 second timer on my t2i I managed to frame this shot up very carefully. Using some underhood lights on my Subaru to help light my forehead and eyes. I'm an automotive photographer by trade so I figured I'd have to include that in as many submissions as possible. Being under the hood of my car is a ...favorite spot of mine when I'm not behind the lens so it seemed fitting. Filling in some color with a gradient is something I have learned to use tastefully I think over my last few years.
