Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting director Taryn Brumfitt and attending the screening of Embrace, a powerful documentary that examines body positivity, self-worth, and diversity of representation. It is only when we dare to free ourselves from societal expectations and radically love our bodies exactly as they are, can we truly express them as vessels of love and vehicles to our dreams.
