Hello all, We have some updates on the progress at RVM. We are waiting on an inspection from the City on Monday, May 29, and if all goes well, an occupancy permit will follow. Once we have that permit, we will be calling all of our tenants immediately to give you a move in time and/or elevator slot. We know this is a trying time and many residents have had to make changes to their move-in plans, but despite a few setbacks, we are on schedule for our planned June move in date.... Everyone on the RVM team and on the construction team is working their hardest to make sure that our building and units are the best they can possibly be, and we are so excited to get everyone inside! Please bear with us as this project winds down, and thank you to everyone for your support and patience! -The RVM Team

As the busiest few weeks are upon us at RVM, we would like to provide an update and pictures of the final phases of construction! Some units are almost ready for move in as appliances, flooring and finishing work is almost complete. Preparations for installation of the elevator and the landscaping, parking lot, and outside lighting is currently being worked on.... The pictures below show the various stages of unit completion as well as the parking lot being prepared. Things are moving quickly inside! June 1st is around the corner. Here are a few photos of the cupboards and counters installed recently and appliances will begin to be installed next week! We expect to have a move-in schedule set very soon as we are currently in the process of meeting with all tenants.... We hope everyone has a great weekend and thank you for the continued support! We are very excited that Ingersoll Mayor Ted Comiskey paid a visit to the Residences at Victory Memorial construction site on February 22, 2017. The pictures were taken in front of the building, in Apartment 101 (with Amer) and in 108 (with Nuno). **PROGRESS UPDATE** We hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Here is an update to finish off the weekend on the right note! - Drywall and insulation is in progress... - Taping to begin this week - Plumbing and electrical continues as framing wraps up - The gym is no more. Second floor framing in the gym has begun - Windows being cut out in the gym - Elevator shaft is almost complete As the building finally begins to look like home, we hope to have more information about move-in dates in the near future. Hello everyone, As this year wraps up, we have a final update of 2016. As you may know, all building permits have been obtained and now we are finalizing the Master Schedule. Once this is done, we will have a firm occupancy date. We are still on track for a Spring move-in. ... As far as the building's progress, here are a few updates: - Fire alarm installation is in progress - Air makeup units are on the roof - Kitchens have been ordered - Framing is coming along (see photos) - Plumbing and electrical are in progress - Scaffolding for the elevator is up (see photo) We thank everyone for their support and encouragement of this project. We are very excited to see the finished product (as are all of our tenants). As always, we will keep updating this page with photos and any major updates. Hello everyone, Great news! We have a one-bedroom unit that recently became vacant. It is a smaller unit located in the former "Gym" section of the old Victory Memorial School. It is approximately 660 square feet and is $775/month (all inclusive). *PROGRESS UPDATE AT VICTORY MEMORIAL* We hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Here is a few recent pictures from the work being done at RVM this month! All cleaning activities have been completed. The old pipes for electrical, heating, and plumbing have been removed and asbestos removal has been completed as well.... Currently, unnecessary interior walls are being removed and framing has begun starting with the Annex (old science wing). Coring has also started, which is the process of drilling holes for the new plumbing, heating, and electrical. We will continue to update this page with photos as often as possible. The floor and ceiling coverings have been removed, as have all shelves, doors, cabinets, lockers, washroom fixtures, etc. Treatment for asbestos has also begun, as you can see in one of the photos. ...
