This listing hit the market just a couple of days ago and I was able to get a firm accepted offer last night. This all started with the Comparative Market Analysis I completed for this home. I priced it out and found a sizeable gap in available homes on the market in Niagara Falls. With this information, I advised my sellers that we can adjust the list price accordingly, and will have a good chance at extracting more money from the market, due to this gap....
