Spatial Awareness Day for the Rhythm Littles (1-2 yrs) today! Did you know that if children don't develop good spatial awareness at a young age that they are more likely to be clumsy adults!? There are lots of things you can try at home to develop these skills, but why not come in to the gym to do it with other parents and toddlers! Sooo much more fun!!!
