The June Market report is out! During the last month, we saw a steady increase in both price and number of listings sold compared to May in the City of Toronto, as well as days on market. Y-O-Y price growth was reported in some market segments, however number of sales was down in all major markets (condos, semi, detached). New listings were up slightly across the GTA by 2.1%, with active listings on the TRREB system were down by 28% compared to June 2019. March numbers just in.
