For those with heavy bags at home... rest 30 seconds 1 minute between rounds Heavy Bag Workout 3 minutes Warm Up Round... Light hitting, dynamic stretches, practice form 2 minutes Non-Stop Hitting 50% power, continuous hitting. 2 minutes Lead, Cross, Roundhouse Switching legs after time 2 minutes Power Hits 1 minute Lead, Cross x 10 + 2 push ups 1 minute Front Thrust/Straight Heel, Roundhouse x 10 + 2 rowing squats 1 minute Punching sit-ups with legs wrapped around bag (2 punches at top).
