COVID19 UPDATE: Dr. Ambar, Dr. Lubanski and the rest of the team at Richmond Village Dental wanted to start off by saying thank you for your patience and understanding during the uncertain times of this pandemic. We are pleased to be able to share some updates with you all. ---... We are now offering full service dentistry Monday-Friday with extended hours! With all of our new safety protocols in full effect, we look forward to seeing you all soon. Call us today to book any appointments 613-838-2085 --- This is what we are doing to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all of our patients: All patients and staff are screened before entering the facility for an appointment or shift. We are following the social distancing protocols and making the schedule accordingly. Immune compromised patients will be scheduled as the first appointment of the day. There are plexiglass barriers installed at the front desk. We are doing the best we can to have contactless interactions. All patients and staff must use hand sanitizer upon entry and exit of the clinic. Staff will also be washing or disinfecting hands thoroughly after contact with contaminated surfaces or equipment, in between procedures, and after removing personal protective equipment (PPE). All patients and staff must wear masks while in the clinic at all times (except during procedure for the patient) Patients must do a 1% peroxide rinse prior to treatment. All team members will be fully equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. The whole clinic (waiting room, bathroom, and other common facilities) will be disinfected before the entry of each new patient.
