I read somewhere about how there are 3 aspects to a construction project: 1) you can have it done well 2) you can have it done on time 3) you can have it done for a low price - BUT - you cannot have all three at once. This needs to be understood. When you're starting a project, you need to determine what is most important to you and make your selection based on this. We have # 1 and #2 covered and consider ourselves to be competitive. However, if low cost is your top priority... and it doesn't matter how well the work is done or whether your project is finished on time, you may wish to seek another contractor. We do not aim to be the least expensive contractor - we aim to provide our clients with the best workmanship, to complete the project in accordance with the schedule and to do so in a manner that will encourage us working together again.
