The other night I was in mediation and told... ‘It’s going to come back 1000 fold.’ That was enough.... Those words were all I needed to hear. Sometimes it’s the simplest things. The simplest reminder. Thank you Universe.

I’ve never wanted to be the one to ruffle any feathers. But, the more I sit back and observe what’s going on in the world... I refuse to sit back and not say anything.... I refuse to not share. I refuse to walk through life and not address the elephants in the room. It’s not who I am. I’ve always been this way. So, I’m going to continue to share. I’m going to continue to empower others. I’m going to make people uncomfortable. I’m going to continue to have conversations with others. I’m going to continue to listen to others point of views. Some of the stuff I share, is going to bring up stuff for others. If it’s too much, that’s okay. You’re welcome to take a step back and unfollow. But, I refuse to stay silent. You may not like what others are saying, it might trigger you. Heck, it might even make you lash out because you’re feeling stuck in the middle and unappreciated. You’re stuck in the middle and feel like you cannot say anything. You know there’s systems that are not working, but can not share. If you’re feeling in this position, I wonder what it would create for you ....if you could be grateful for the one’s willing to share and expose what’s going on? You might not be able to do it out of fear of your job security, others opinions, pissing people off etc. etc. I GET IT. But, what if you could be grateful for the one’s willing to speak up and take the heat? What if rather then taking people’s sharing as a personal attack you can lean in and say to yourself... Okay, I don’t like this. It doesn’t make me feel good. It’s triggering something within me. I don’t feel like I can say anything. So, for now I’m going to be thankful to the ones willing to share. We all deserve change and a better world. The systems we currently have are not working for us. We are seeing it in so many areas. This is what 2020 has been about... They are not benefiting the ones trying to help others and the systems too are failing the people. On both sides. I may not be here to see all the good change coming, but we have to start somewhere. I’m not sure about you, but I 10000% feel that our next generation deserves better. Our kids deserve better. We deserve better. 2020 has been a year of exposure. A lot is being exposed. A lot is being brought to the surface. It’s uncomfortable. But, I will continue to share and I will continue to sit in a space of understanding. I do have compassion and empathy for both sides. But, I cannot sit back and be silent. I am also choosing to stay in a higher vibration. I will not freeze in fear. I will continue to do my part. I will continue to do my own personal work. I will continue to guide. I will continue to unravel. And, I will continue to be in a state of abundance, joy, overflow and creation. It’s a choice. And, our choices change everything. Passion always wins I’m taking this Sunday to celebrate an amazing week of connections and calls, slowing down with my little man, get outside and enjoy the snow, enjoy warm tea on the couch while Lew motors around on his train with toast in hand going ‘yaaaa, ya, yaaaa’.
