Thats it, thats all folks! Another season done and dusted. Thanks to everyone who came to eat from the Gut Truck & supported us throughout 2020. A big thanks to @oldmanriverbrewingltd family for being so awesome to us as usual! We had some pretty gnarly burger combos this year and they all sold out. So thanks again for stepping outside the box with your taste buds, trusting the combinations of flavour and giving great feed back. ... The most common look of the season was the "silent mouthful and headnod" or the "Wide eyed, mouthful and thumbs up!" It really does make the long hours worth it. Until Next Season Food Fans. Thanks to our Smoke boss Brandon.H we have a hickory smoked meatloaf sandwich with a fried egg, fried onions swiss cheese and of course hickory stix. Topping this is a huge Texas Twinkie! (Smoked pork and creamcheese stuffed jalapeño wrapped in bacon and smoked to perfection) in all seriousness this is probably the RMGT's most delicious special yet.
