Despite the difficulties last year (2020), it was a very strong year for Real Estate. We observed all the rules regarding Covid 19 protection and it looks like we will be doing so again this year, but I expect it to continue to be a strong market. We have had many new people moving into the area from the Lower Mainland, the Okanagan and other provinces. It's a great place to live!
