We hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday! Patient presented to our office with presence of discomfort and periapical radiolucency associated with tooth #14. Tooth #14 was sensitive to tooth sleuth and palpation. No discomfort to percussion was noted. A sinus tract was seen on the gingival-buccal aspect.

Happy MB2sday! Patient presented to our office with presence of discomfort and periapical radiolucency associated with tooth #16. Tooth #16 was slightly sensitive to percussion. No discomfort to tooth sleuth or palpation was noted. Elevated response to cold test was seen with lingering sensation

Patient presented to our office with presence of intense discomfort associated with tooth #36. Tooth #36 was sensitive to percussion and tooth slooth. No discomfort to palpation was noticed. Elevated, lingering response to cold test was seen. Periodontal probings varying from 1-2mm were recorded with no bleeding on probing, and normal mobility.

No discomfort to palpation was noticed. Tooth #36 was previously treated (underprepared, short of apices), with presence of a restorative post on its distal aspect.
