Suzanne Keast - Mental Health Clinician Suzanne is often the first person on our team you will talk to when you become involved with our program as she is our intake clinician. She has her Bachelor of Social Work and has spent most of her career working in a clinical role with adolescent girls using a wholistic model to encourage resilience and mental wellness. Suzanne believes that relationships are a key component to mental wellness and bring wholeness to our stories by understanding how our body, mind and spirit work together. Outside of work Suzanne is a wife and mom of two. In keeping with the narrative part of her work that she loves she enjoys reading, writing, music and photography, basically anything that tells a story. Sue is a passionate hockey fan despite hating the cold. Go Jets go!

Several months ago we implemented a sharing circle as a part of how our team tries to stay connected and honour the work we do. Today’s circle looked different because of COVID but is a reminder that no matter our role we can and should always take the time to do the things that keep us balanced. Thank you for the sharing, thank you for the listening.
