Ryan Design graphic designer Rob gives us a look into his home office today! "Working from my home studio is extremely familiar for me, as I have worked remotely for years with clients, and have had it readily equipped with convenient 24/7 file access to the Ryan Mothership. Best part - the commute is a snappy 14 steps up to the third floor - with a deck walkout. Being nestled here with java and my choice in streams or music library selections, talk radio like CBC, myriad podcasts... it's a comfort zone as well as a very efficient workspace. Downside? I miss the collegial atmosphere at Ryan Design HQ."

Today, Greg our Senior Designer tells us about his work-from-home experience. "The transition from working at the office to my home has been very smooth and we are working together in getting a lot of jobs completed without too much disruption. I can definitely sleep in a bit more without the commute to the office and thats never a bad thing! I really miss the office (cant believe I just said that) and being around our team - but hoping to be together again, real soon."

One of the hardest-working members of the Ryan Design team, here's Joannes in his work-from-home state. As he puts it, "My kids are making sure that Daddys staying home and doing his job."

Stephen, our Senior Production Artist, lets us into his home work space today. "My work space is set up in the dining room of the small bungalow I rent. It is very bright and light when the sun is out. As you can see it's messy, just like my office at the office. Every once in a while I straighten everything up but it soon becomes a mess again! Everything I need is right there, as it is a very small bungalow. Occasionally I am visited by my cat who wants to sit on the keyboard and who gets shunted off to sit on the old computer tower you can see on the right of the photo."

Today we're take a peek at the home office of Andy, our creative director! "We recently finished renovating this section of our basement. Our long awaited office/ guest room turned out great. If anybody has seen my Ryan office youll notice a big difference. There is a little less mayhem here. With photos and artwork from our travels and a cozy fireplace, it makes for a quite a comfortable place to nurture new ideas."

Jim, our Technical Specialist, shows off his work-from-home workspace today. "I'm not taking this situation sitting down. Standing is the norm for me! Living in a small home I have literally everything at my fingertips. The commute times are great, I think 0.15 seconds on average. I have my uke but it only seems to play one song!"

The Ryan Design team is still working hard for our clients from home during this unprecedented period! Carol, our senior designer, keeps quite a orderly home office, but don't let that fool you! In her own words, "I dont like junk laying around. Neatness keeps a clear mind! So, I have stuff hidden in a bedroom closet, the spare room in the basement, under the stairs and in the garage." #RyanWFH

Our client Sunfield Homes asked us to create a Coming Soon sign for early retirees looking for the convenience of single level living but still desire an active Four-season lifestyle, there is a new option. Located at the gateway to Collingwood, Markdale Highlands has it all! We feel we captured the desired feeling by receiving over 200 registrants since the sign was installed in January 2020.

Paradise Developments offered two great communities in Brampton, so why not merge them together? We brought High Point and Beechwood together to create the MORE campaign. This lead-generating campaign had home-buyers lined up at the sales office the day of the release, resulting in a successful sellout.

Simple, clean graphics and bold font selection combine for a fresh look to introduce Sunfields newest community in Brampton. The branding for Ridgehill Towns captures the healthy, active, outdoor lifestyle and of course, reflects Sunfield's renowned reputation for high-quality and attention to detail.

Over the course of the last decade, Toronto has experienced a transformation in its landscape and skyline. BAZIS has played a large role in that redesign, setting themselves apart from other real estate developers. For 2020 BAZIS is prepared to rewrite Torontos urban story so we needed to design a new logo that was going to carry the BAZIS brand forward. Much time was spent in research and collaboration with the client before we came up with a fresh, new corporate brand that conveyed the companys high standards of excellence, visionary architecture and exquisite attention to details.
