Today we mourn the loss of Ben Rykiss (father of Dr Mark and grandfather/ Zaida of Dr Jared) and celebrate 97 well lived years. He was always an inspiration as he dedicated himself to excellent physical fitness and remained an informed intellectual till the end. How blessed we all are to have known him and to have been loved and guided by him.
