Residential Cleaner (Full Time/Part Time) Position summary: Do you have a great eye for detail? Are you looking to make a real impact in people’s lives? We’re looking for people like you to join our growing team that helps busy homeowners find more time to do what they love.... As a Residential Cleaner, you’ll establish trusting relationships with clients, make their homes clean and beautiful, and help with the administrative work that keeps our business running. The right candidates will be detail oriented, patient, and someone who truly cares about improving people’s homes and lives. Responsibilities: Clean homes and ensure tasks outlined in cleaning checklists are completed to the highest standards Work with minimal supervision Assess a client’s home, prioritize tasks, and use good judgment to customize appointment per client’s wishes Establish positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible Comply with proper safety policies and procedures Ensure all equipment and supplies are transported from each appointment Collect payments from clients when required Report any complaints or issues to management Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience Experience in customer service is preferred Knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques Strong communication skills Able to work well independently and on a team Hours and Compensation: 9am 12pm, Monday to Friday with potential of more hours $16/ hour to start Additional information: The successful candidate can expect 2-3 weeks of training upon hire Please be prepared to provide 2 or more professional references This position will require a criminal background check before hiring How to Apply: Please submit your resume to Shari at [email protected] along with a cover letter explaining why you believe you are a good fit for this position.
