As of today, Saber does mobile counseling if anyone can respect the anxiety of walking into an office and sitting across from a stranger to discuss the most personal things, its me. I've been there. I want you to feel the most comfortable while we work through things that are weighing you down, whether its your home or our local coffee shop, I am simply here to help you! Covid has been a roller coaster ride of emotions for many of us, if you need a little help sorting through some of those struggles or just life struggles in general, I will be taking appointments again as of July 27th! Please feel free to call or text 780-832-3312 anytime to schedule your session sessions will continue to be reduced to $40 until further notice, if that is a barrier for you please let me know and we will come up with a solution!

With Alberta in State of Emergency due to Covid-19, the location of our office has closed (gym) but we can still access our office if needed. In saying that, I will be limiting face time face sessions at this time but offering phone and FaceTime sessions, if needed it’s a stressful time for everyone and if you need to vent and work through some of those struggles, please call 780-832-3312 anytime!

What makes Saber different? Exactly this...in all my years of working with people, referring to them as clients and/or individuals and/or service users has bothered me. I finally had an opportunity to use the new office space and it was great experience, I’m looking forward to many more $40 sessions for the month of March too because I am looking forward to making the right, new kind of connections!
