COVID-19 in the Workplace: 1-2 cases employers need to report positive cases only, by using the WSIB Covid-19 reporting window. More than 3 COIVD Cases must be reported in the same way. Cases need to be reported to the health unit as well. Workers have been quarantine for a minimum of 14 days as per COVID-19 guidelines.... If cases are not reported and lead to an outbreak of cross infection then WSIB will penalize those organizations that are not completing the reporting process and doing their absolute best to protect their employees.
