But first, between our desire to keep everyone healthy and to stay in compliance with government mandates, we must adopt a few changes in how we work. Please understand that we need you to adapt to the following:... -If you have been feeling ill, or have had any symptoms related to covid 19, please reschedule your appointment by phone. Do not enter the salon. -Upon arrival, please use our hand sanitizer stations, and we encourage you to also use one of our three designated hand washing stations located in the bathroom, lounge and esthetics room. -Practice social distancing at all times, 6 feet (2 meters) -Our team will be wearing our required PPE at all times. This will include protective eyewear OR a face shield, a surgical mask, and an apron that we can either wipe down with Pre-empt RTU or wash after each client. We will be ensuring a fresh cape is provided for each guest, then washed after every use. -Sadly, no hugging. -We kindly ask you to wear a mask if you have one, recommended by the government. We have some envy copper masks/pink chickee masks available to purchase that can be washed and reused. We may have extra disposable masks if you need one, however we cannot guarantee them. -Please use credit and debit cards whenever possible, cash is discouraged but not exempt. Machines and counter will be sanitized after every use. -All of our chairs have been moved to maintain 6 feet in between clients, and we will be using every second sink. They will be sanitized after each guest. -Please try and only arrive 5 mins before your appointment, you can also wait in your car until your appointment time, or the old restaurant downstairs has adequate seating. We will have extra chairs set up throughout the space and outside the doors for you to sit and wait in. -For our retail area, a staff member will be required to touch and grab your items for you.
