To ensure the Safety of our patients and Staff we are: Following the guidelines outlined by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Social distancing at the office where possible and wearing face masks where not. Only 1 or 2 patients allowed into the office at a time.... Office staff is screened daily for COVID-19. Individual staff temperatures are recorded morning and evening. Patients are screened for COVID symptoms fever/ cough/travel over the phone the night before their appointment. If screened positive they are asked to stay home and seek medical attention. Patients are screened again before they enter the office. We ask them to call us from their car. Face Masks must be worn by Patients entering the office. Patient temperature taken when they arrive at the office. We are minimizing number of patients in the operatories to reduce possibility of transmission. Medical grade HEPA filters have been ordered to further increase the air purification. Our existing HVAC system is up to code.
