Earlier today Manitoba’s chief provincial public health officer announced fitness facilities in Winnipeg must move to 25% capacity and masks must be worn during classes. Given these new restrictions, we have made the decision to temporally close our studio until restrictions are lifted. We have chosen to close the studio to help protect our staff, valued customers and our already overstrained healthcare system. Our studio will be closed on November 1st 2020 until restrictions... are modified. Our hope is that we will be able to reopen in two weeks time. When we receive an update from the provincial government, we will make an announcement about a re-open date. All memberships will be put on hold and will not auto-renew on November 1st 2020. All people who purchased the ‘November Challenge’ promotion will have their package put on hold until we are able to re-open. When we are able to re-open, no memberships will be renewed without speaking to you first. Our class packages never expire and no refunds will be provided on previously purchased class packages. At this time we will not be renting out any of our bikes. We will be selling a few of our used bikes that are in good working condition, as we are unable to use them at the studio given capacity restrictions. We know this year has been stressful and we understand how Saikel is an outlet for many of you to release that stress. Keep moving, Squad. Our Saikel Spotlight this month goes to Hajar! Yesterday Hajar completed 90 classes in 90 days!! After attending her very first class, Hajar received an intro offer (2 weeks for $29) and challenged herself to go every day for two weeks. 90 days later and she deserves a round of applause!
