Very happy to have assisted a client at trial in securing an acquittal on multiple Criminal Code driving offences. The judge agreed with me in her reasons, citing the "troubling nature" of the police investigation.

This week, a client facing serious charges was granted bail.

Yesterday in court, serious Charter issues led to an impaired driving charge against my client being dropped. I'm very pleased to have assisted him in avoiding a criminal record!

Today in court my client was found NOT GUILTY. Very glad to see the principles of our justice system upheld.
