Tasty Tuesday's with Coach Katie! This week’s IP recipe may sound like something you’d get at a fast food chain, but I assure you, it’s Phase 1 friendly! Ingredients: 1 rutabaga Spices of your choice 1 packet IP chili... 1-2 tsp select oil Green onion Directions: Cut rutabaga into 2 cups of fries and then season with any spices, drizzle 1-2 tsp of select oil, and mix well. Place fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake in a 400F oven until they are golden and crispy. Gently heat up some Ideal Protein Chili as per packet instructions.
