Kim has chosen 4 of Sanjo's beautiful silk fibres for these workshops. Keeping the class size small (6 students) allows Kim to help each student understand how to set up their particular wheel and make subtle adjustments to their signature spinning method (default spinning technique) to successfully spin silk. In addition, through a series of spinning exercises, you will experience firsthand the importance of fibre prep and learn how to spin a more consistent yarn; spinning skills easily transferred to other fibres. 1.
