Dear Customers, The COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving, impacting our lives. The most important thing right now for all of us is to stay healthy. This is also a time to act. This is why I am reaching out to you today to let you know that Santa Lucia Pizza is here to help. So here is what we are doing to help get through this: Contactless-delivery options: ... Starting this week, we're changing the default delivery method to a no-contact option to minimize contact between our drivers and customers. We will reaching out to our customer with a call or text message at the time of delivery. Ongoing health & safety measures: We’re continuing to build on safety measures for our staff and customers. We observe all the food industry hygiene standards such as HACCP, GHP, FAO Hygiene codex and the food storage principles. We carefully respect the 4Cs of food safety: Cleaning, Cooking, Chilling and Cross-contamination. Our staff received proper on-the-job training on the matters of personal hygiene and COVID-19 prevention. So far, no staff member has been exposed to any person tested positive for Coronavirus. Hours & Operations: We are closely monitoring city and state mandated closures and will continue to operate in areas where local officials have deemed it safe to do so.
