I've had so many questions lately about how the real estate industry is handling business among Covid-19. Here are some precautions we've implemented: - Our Association has recently developed waivers for each party to sign prior to booking, confirming, and attending showings to quickly assess the Covid-19 risk. ... - We're able to get signatures from all parties involved to use digital signatures. - At this time we are no longer conducting REALTOR or public open houses. - When we do attend showings, we are doing our best to not touch anything unnecessarily, and if we do we sanitize doorknobs, counter tops, lights, etc. - Rather than meet current and new clients in offices, or houses, we have the option to always skype, facetime, zoom, whichever works best for you! - These days lots of listings already have virtual home tours. Another way we can do this is to have your agent facetime, skype etc and do a video tour for you.
