I've had so many questions lately about how the real estate industry is handling business among Covid-19. Here are some precautions we've implemented: - Our Association has recently developed waivers for each party to sign prior to booking, confirming, and attending showings to quickly assess the Covid-19 risk. ... - We're able to get signatures from all parties involved to use digital signatures. - At this time we are no longer conducting REALTOR or public open houses. - When we do attend showings, we are doing our best to not touch anything unnecessarily, and if we do we sanitize doorknobs, counter tops, lights, etc. - Rather than meet current and new clients in offices, or houses, we have the option to always skype, facetime, zoom, whichever works best for you! - These days lots of listings already have virtual home tours. Another way we can do this is to have your agent facetime, skype etc and do a video tour for you. This limits the number of people in and out of people's homes Our goal is to keep our agents, and clients safe in these times to the best of our ability.
