Birch & Honey Salon will reopen May 12. Santosha Reflexology will reopen at a later date (tentatively June 3). I miss you all and I am so looking forward to seeing you.

We are all in this together. As this week was supposed to be my return to reflexology after my injury, it was a difficult and also an easy decision for me to close Santosha Reflexology, indefinitely. We don’t know what these next few weeks will bring us, but let us find comfort in the collective coming together - while simultaneously social distancing, of course. ... If you are able, I encourage you to support our local small businesses, many of whom are closing their doors. Three ways you can support: Buy a gift card for future service Shop online/over the phone - many are offering delivery service right to your door Order in/take out In the meantime time, enjoy this downtime. I hope you stay well. PS- the salon will remain open until Friday. We ask that only those with service appointments attend.

To our loyal clients, friends & community. The staff at Birch & Honey Salon are taking every precaution to make our salon space a safe place to come and enjoy your service. Hand washing and sanitation will be used diligently by all staff and we ask that you wash your hands before your service as well. High traffic public areas & surfaces will be regularly disinfected. Fresh capes and towels for every client will be practiced as regularly. We ask during this time to refra...in bringing extra family members to your appointment if they are not have having a service done. We hope you understand, we are a small salon. Currently on a forced holiday of sorts. While I wish it was because I had some amazing adventure planned, it’s really because I fell and have injured my wrist & hand. I have had progressively better news (not broken, just sprained, healing well). I also know that healing is not linear. Healing takes time and there are lots of lessons to be found. I’m learning to slow down, to ask for help and to just rest. Sometimes our bodies & minds need exercise and movement. And so...metimes we need stillness. I am grateful to my amazing family for their daily help & reminders to slow down, @carmanphysiotherapy for their talented therapists, and the whole team @carmanflorists for supporting me and for letting me do what I can. I don’t know when I’ll be back to reflexology, but I can let you know when I am! Phone or text me to be added to my ‘I’ll let you know when I’m back at it’ list. Cheers, Stacy
