Where can you find an ocean with no water? On a map!
SASI is stocked up and open; however, we have made some changes to ensure the health and well being of our staff and customers. Deliveries to your home, office or depot will continue with no signatures or payments accepted. Simply call in a credit card or e-transfer your payment. In our storefront we ask you to REMAIN in your car and call us upon your arrival. We will only accept credit card payments over the phone and carry the water out for you and load in your trunk. Please remain in your car while our staff are outside. In the event that you do not have credit card we have many depots around that will accept other forms of payment.
COVID-19 Update: SASI Water is committed to staying open to provide bottled water to those who do not have access to safe drinkable water. We are however, making some changes to our store front as we are a food production facility and we need to protect our staff and products. 1) If you are coming to pick up water simply call us when you arrive and stay in your car, SASI staff will carry out the water you require and take credit card payments only and please leave you trunk... open for us. This policy is put in place to keep a distance with our customers until all is resolved. 2) Our delivery staff will also be on the road delivering, however, they to will be doing their best to ensure minimal contact with customers and will not be capturing signatures on invoices. 3) SASI has many depots around town where you can pick up our water and we will do our best to keep them stocked. Please follow this link for a complete list. http://www.sasi.ca/article/depots-and-distributors-120.asp

An interesting video done about hydration. What are your thoughts about it?
Water Softener Myth No. 2 The amount of sodium in softened water is unhealthy. How much sodium a water softener adds to your water depends on how hard your home’s water is in the first place. That being said, the typical amount of sodium in softened water is too small to have any sort of negative impact on your health. The Mayo Clinic states on its website that the added sodium shouldn’t be an issue for most healthy adults.... Check out the chart below. It compares the amount of sodium in softened water to common foods. As you can see, soft water adds a small amount of sodium to your diet when compared to everything else we eat. However, not everyone likes the taste of softened water, but they don’t want to deal with hard water problems either. Thankfully, there are options. You could separate the tap you use for drinking and cooking from your system while still getting the advantages of soft water for cleaning, bathing, and laundry.
There are many misconceptions about water softeners today's myth is: Water softeners put salt in your water. It’s easy to understand why people make this mistake. However, you are not drinking salt water if you install a water softener in your home.... It’s true that you you’ll need water softener salts, but you shouldn’t taste salt in your water. Water softeners use an ion exchange process to remove minerals like calcium and magnesium, which make the water hard. A special media stored in a mineral tank makes this process possible. That media is charged with sodium ions, which replace the hard minerals in your water. So it isn’t salt (NaCl) that gets added to your water, it’s sodium (Na).
Some great news on regulations get stricter to improve people's water quality. https://www.facebook.com/197703737479561/posts/408625366387396/
