We are NOT YET OPEN for walk in traffic. ( We have family that lives on site with health restrictions and we want to keep our families and yours SAFE) We are working on measures to be able to open our doors again, (because we miss you all) but we need more time to higher staff and do extra cleaning to make our store safe for visits once again. We have been overwhelmed and run off our feet with extremely high call/email volume as well as 30+ water samples per day. ... We have had to put restrictions on when and how many water samples we can test in a day and these times and rules need to be followed! CURRENT WATER SMPLE DROP OFF TIMES MONDAY- THURSDAY 9:30-2 FRIDAY 9:30-12 ******PLEASE NOTE SOME DAYS IT MAY BE EARLIER THAN THESE TIMES*********** Water results are being emailed and may take us a minimum 24 hrs or longer to get them back to you. Due to the volume of samples being dropped off including outside of our drop off times. (Please note the yellow bin is for pick up orders NOT water samples.) Some days we have to stop accepting water samples before our cut of times, which we know is not ideal but we have no other choice or we can not fill or process your orders let alone answer the phone. We ask that you please continue to email your orders to [email protected] and we will contact you with pick up time and date. (At this time we do not have an online ordering system for our products but pictures and descriptions of items are always very helpful) please also include your phone number if we need to confirm something from your email, some times these calls may come from blocked numbers when staff are working from home. (Little children background noises can also be heard some days) If you are calling PLEASE PLEASE leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are all working hard and doing our best to get back to all calls and emails in a timely manor but that is not always the same day and can take some times 48 hrs. We want to THANK YOU! We have been experiencing a very high volume of calls/emails/orders and water samples. We are doing our best to get these filled and responded to within a 2 day period as we are a two person staff right now with one in the store and one working from home. During this time we are taking extra time and will be closed on Saturdays to allow rest time for our staff as they have been working very long days trying to fill all of your requests. We would just like to take a minute to tell you about a great man, Ron Savile. Ron known as gramps or Mr. Savile or Grampa Savile to many of our customers over the years, has sadly passed away. Ron was the founder of Ron Savile Construction where he did various construction prospects as well a built bridges, then into the late 60s started into the swimming pool industry. He was a man of many talents. In light of everything going on we would love if you had the pleasure of meeting and working with him over the years to share any of your memories.

Store Updates: We would like to take a moment to THANK everyone for your orders this past week that have been place via phone or email. Effective immediately we... will be restricting store visits along with store hours. We will allow water samples to be dropped off at the back door between 10am-2pm Monday to Friday. If you are dropping off water samples we please ask that you call or email us with any issues that may not be visible to us examples would be cloudy water strong smell etc. Your water results can be emailed to you or you can request a phone call as well. Phone calls will be answered as soon as possible, please leave a message. If you required any product going forward again please call or email us with your orders. Free in-town delivery is available to your door step. Out of town deliveries are available at request *subject to a fee. Due to unforeseen events we will be operating day to day, pool openings that have been scheduled will proceed as planned unless something changes. Updates to store hours.

We are facing uncertainty & caution in the air, but what we can control is how we respond & exist in this space. Please read below to see how Savile Pool & Spa will be moving forward. At this time we will be limiting store hours, we will still be offering as we always have free call in orders. If you require delivery arrangements can be made. Didnt know this was something that we offer?... You can call in anytime or email us with any order requests. We will box and prepare your orders for you just let us know your pick up time and we will have it ready for you. Due to the nature of Covid-19 being a respiratory virus we are trying to limit any exposure in the store at this time as we have family members who live on the premises with compromised immune systems. So please if you have been on vacation or feeling unwell please following the guidelines that have been advised. We will still be more than happy to help you with your pool and hot tub needs. Water Analysis is still available, as you can always drop off your sample at anytime and let us know how you would like to be contacted regarding your water results. Again we are available via phone or email for all your needs at this time. Thank you for your understanding at this time.
