Yesterday marked a day of reflection. It is my absolute privilege to work with first nations students, schools and families in BC.

Yesterday, I took some time time to stop at Tk’emlups te Secwepemc, Site of residential school where the 215 bodies of children were found, to pay my respects a...nd condolences. It was sombre and heartbreaking to look at the soccer field where two full lines of shoes run the length of the field memorializing the children. I work with many First Nations children in their schools and communities and hope I have always been respectful of their culture, their past and present but I will do better. We all need to.

To our valued clients, Scallywags Therapy Services is now able to provide teletherapy. Thank you to those who have already confirmed ongoing appointments.

Thank you to all my clients and families that have reached out. We will be suspending in-person therapy sessions until the COVID-19 risk has been has been reduced. I’ll be reaching out to each of you individually to reschedule.
