This two tiered patio with granite steps leads to the lake and offers great views! Take a virtual tour of this beautiful property on the Georgian Bay. The customers wanted low maintenance landscaping and for it to look as natural as possible while tying in the contemporary cottage with the rugged beauty of the Georgian Bay. The stone steps and paths were done in granite to blend with the Canadian Shield. Retaining walls were built out of existing rock on site to have as natural effect as possible. Granite pea stone was laid to create a clean look while be...ing very low maintenance. Multiple patios give lots of outdoor living area to enjoy the gorgeous scenery. Here is a unique project where we had to pin granite steps to bald rock on the Georgian Bay so the cottage owners had easy access down to their fire pit area and dock. No more slipping and tripping!
