We made it to the Bay today! I hardly knew I had 4 teenage girls with me...lol In my 23years coming here, I’ve never seen the bay this high. The girls won’t have any fun jumping off the dock this year since the water is almost level with the dock

The experience of Dyers Bay would be incomplete without a visit to "The Story Barn". Master story teller, Ron Baker, usually with help from his wife Rita, hosts a story time every Monday evening at 7:00PM. Accompanying them, often, is their dog, Kyra. The event is free, and has been happening during June, July, and August for over 30 years! They accept donations for the Stephen Lewis Foundation! Attendees range in age from eight to eighty. You'll hear about Aaron Kelly, Moishe the jester, Sarah's dinosaur, plus many other characters. Don't miss it! This has been a tradition with our kids & family. They can’t wait to see Mr. Baker to listen & share their stories they wrote.

This is Singing Sands currently. I’ve never seen it under water in 23 years.
