Scholars would like to take a moment to acknowledge the great life and career of Alex Trebek, pictured here with our very own @trustworthy_pete after appearing on Jeopardy. Trebek, an Order of Canada recipient, had a long and wonderful career, setting the world record for most game show episodes hosted with 6,829, without a single sick day. He even kept working after his Stage-4 Pancreatic Cancer diagnosis. He was also very active with charitable causes, including children's ...education. He was a great Canadian and we are grateful that he represented our country with such class and grace. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and all Jeopardy fans. The owner of this centre is none other than former CFL great @afantuz Andy Fantuz, who after being tackled relentlessly for 11 years has decided to finally become the tackler by tackling educating students and helping his community. Andy is accustomed to success as he has won the Hec Crighton Award for being the top college football player in the country, ...the CFL Most Outstanding Canadian Award, and was a Grey Cup winner in 2007.
