Experiences like these come from a individual who has a true understanding of the foundations of hair cutting , has an education that comes from an accredited school of barbering or a license in cosmetology, And has put in the hours needed to receive a license. It does not come from a three day class , or reading a book and challenging an exkam or many of the other avenues and shortcuts that allow someone without the proper training or knowledge to cut hair.
