Made one of your New Year goals to get healthy & given up already? Happens to most of us. Starting off a new year this way sure doesn't help. There are a few simple steps to get back on track. Take it one day at a time. Stop focusing on the end result.... DRINK MORE WATER. Think you're hungry? You're probably just thirsty or bored. Have some water & distract yourself. 3-5 min is all it should take. Go for a walk. You don't need to start that new at home workout routine right away. Ease into it by simply just moving your body. Ask for help. People tend to do better when they have a good support system behind them. If you're looking for an accountability buddy reach out. I'm here & so are most of your friends. We are all in this together!

A smoothie even the kids want! 1.5 cups Frozen berries, handful of baby spinach, 1/2 cup plain organic yogurt, 1 scoop berries & greens, 1 scoop chocolate whey. (I added the whey after the kids got theirs) Extra veggies they didn't even know they drank #momwin ... . . . . . .

Just because it's diet doesn't mean it's good for you. There are many other alternatives to Diet Sodas. If it's the carbonation you crave why not try a sparkling water instead.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! (And hopefully a better one) Things are slowing shifting back into place but with the new lockdown in effect many of us are stuck back at home. So why not make the best of it! With the gyms closed again and the 2021 show dates released I've got some time to create some new goals and start working towards them.... While most people have the goal/ resolution to become healthier why not start the year off with some fun at home workouts! I'll be starting BBG this week to kick things off. Each day I'll post the workout (my goal is to do this first thing for all of you who want to try it too) and hopefully even start meal prep again! What's your 2021 Goal?

Today is the start of a bittersweet week. This would have been the start of peak week of my first prep. This coming weekend I was to make my figure Athlete debut in stage at the stephanie worsfold classic. This year is the 10 yr anniversary, and it was going to be the best weekend... but thanks to Covid-19 I won't be. Instead I will be using this time to get bigger, become better. This was my last progress photo sent to my coaches. I will reach this point again... I will make my way on stage... but this time I'll be more of a bad ass doing it.

These last few weeks it's really clicked, kids will do by example not by what we say... if you want them to go outside and play: Go with them, you want them to eat better: let them help cook, want them to make healthier choices & be more active: Guess what; you gotta do it too. Monkey see, Monkey do. If you sit around on your phone or watch tv guess what they are gonna wanna do.
