Seaforth & Area Blood Donor Clinics

Curious, how many who normally donate in Seaforth, made the trip to Clinton to donate?

I have noticed that there have been a number of visits to this page recently, I presume looking for details for a December clinic. Sadly there isn't one. Check out blood.ca for a clinic near you.

I have been asked about the recent decision to cancel the Seaforth clinics and have donors attend the clinics in either Mitchell or Clinton. Our next clinic will be held on Monday, October 7th at the Seaforth Community Centre from 1:30 until 7:30. Please plan to attend.

I get asked this question many times, and since the rules change often you need to check with those who are in the know.

Unfortunately it is the over 50 crowd that are the most dedicated, but having said that we do have more and more young new donors that are stepping up in our clinic. At the next clinic please seriously ask someone to come with you, a friend, a child, grandchild, the neighbour . . . For those of you who no longer are able to donate for whatever reason, ask someone to take your place. Most people donate because no one ever asked them to, consider yourself asked.

Have you started hydrating? Ready for tomorrow? Remember we need to have lots of donations tomorrow to keep the honour of Seaforth, we can't let Clinton have more donations than us.

Ok Seaforth Donors, we have a challenge to step up to. Deputy Mayor and long time CBS volunteer, Bob Fisher has challenged Deputy Mayor Dave Jewitt from Clinton to see who can get the most donors at their respective clinics.
