Called to do estimate, customer thought snow got into Attis of cathedral ceiling. He sen snow like deposits in portion of attic. Had another restoration thermo scared ceiling, showed cool area but not the real cause of staining on ceiling. Went into attic my self notice no staining on vapour barrier . Notice poor insulation over pots lighting and condensation inside vapour barrier box over lighting. Goofing ventilated attic, main problem I notice lately has been the poor insulation procedure over recess pots in cathedral ceiling in many new houses.

Street water ruptured and water followed water service back to basement level, silt and lots of water total basement affected. They always seems to hit you at the end of the week when you look forward to a nice weekend!

Some heavy rain and hail stop by early morning in Moose Jaw,Saskatchewan. Already getting call for flooded basements.
