Beautiful day at the office today. Hiking the Liscomb River Trail to make sure it’s safe for guests and the general public to walk. It needs a little work but it is now safe and clear for the public to walk through. #liscombelodge

Things are coming along nicely. That log trailer makes your work light. It may be a future investment for us to provide low impact logging or even on jobs such as cutting out a driveway. It gives us the option to get the wood out to sell it.

We are looking for experienced and inexperienced spacing saw operators who are interested in being part of our crew. People must be from Antigonish, Sherbrooke or surrounding area and must have reliable 4x4 or higher clearance transportation. Power hookup and high speed internet is available for anyone that has a camper and wants to setup on my property in Aspen. ... We have openings for two to three spacing saw operators depending on budget. The positions will start early Spring and run until late November. Spacing saw operators are paid piece rate based on the number of Ha that was spaced. Rates range from $600 per Ha to $800 per Ha depending on treatment and densities. Experienced operators can earn between $900 - $1100 per week gross. Job duties will consist of going to the assigned job site and preforming Pre-Commercial Thinning on Crown and Private lands. You will space out the desired species of trees every 8 feet . Training will be provided. Qualifications: 1st Aid Training Own Vehicle Working outdoors in all weather Repetitive tasks Safety Equipment Own Spacing Saw Benefit package is available after three months. We are looking to add a few lawn care clients for the 2022 season. We can take care of gravel cleanup, debris cleanup and everything in between. Stump prep is done to get rid of any rocks and grass around the stumps.

The next addition to our services. We will have Christmas Trees in 2-3 years. We are in the early stages of getting a lot established. We have to get a couple years of shearing before we will have any trees for sale.

This is why we do pre-commercial thinning. If you have a woodlot that was harvested within the last 10 years let us know and we can come take a look at it.

Another addition to our services. We can now trim your hedges, bushes or even your woods road back.
