Once again we thank everybody for their overwhelming interest in our services. At 11:30 we were already at 70 consignment drop offs! Reminder to all our consigning clients, please make sure to check in at the front consignment counter WITHOUT your drop off, have your member number handy, and a staff member will instruct you as to how long the wait will be to bring in your consignment. Just because you don’t see a line up doesn’t mean there are others ahead of you waiting wit...h our new system in place. Next consignment day will be Dec 3rd, 8-4 serving the first 100 members. At 11AM we have served 65 consignment clients, a reminder that we max out at 100 each consignment day. With our new and improved procedures in place we are down to 5 min wait times, we hope you all enjoyed your consignment experience today. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

In light of recent changes to COVID guidelines, we will go back to consignments one day a week, Thursday’s. This will allow us to properly quarantine all items before they go out for customers. Also a reminder that non-essential travel is not recommended, so please don’t come consign or shop from outside Kelowna. Masks also continue to be mandatory for retail stores. Thank you for helping us follow all the recent guidelines. We appreciate your support as we all navigate this together.

*Consignment Update* Thanks again for everyone’s patience during this time while we move to a different style of consigning once again. We are now open Mondays and Thur for consignment, doors open at 8 and it’s first come first serve, with a max of 100 consignment clients per day. We expect to be at our limit before 4pm office closing.... We also hope to be able to move clients through a lot faster then this past Monday consignment day. Please enter our store without your consignment first, we will be confirming account info at that time and instructing you on how to proceed. Extra consigning day! Many have asked for a Saturday consignment day. We are opening up this Saturday, July 4th for you to consign! Please also note that we well be closed for consignment the last Monday of the month.

We have been working hard over the last three days to get the massive amount of stock on the floor ready for you to shop. The wait is over! As of this Friday, we have thousands of summer items coming out of quarantine and hitting the floor!

Our first day open to accepting consignments! We wanted to send a big thanks to all of our consignors for making the new norm feel normal. We served over 200 clients today, doing so well keeping social distance and a smile on everybodys face. Thank you all so very much for supporting our small business.
