This is a compilation of a few different appetizers I've gotten to create.

A recently created menu. Oxtail Ravioli Braised oxtail & mascarpone mousse stuffed ravioli ... served w/ roasted tomato petals & a tomato coulis - Pan Fried Halibut A piece of pan fried halibut served w/ butter poached potato & fried shimeji mushrooms atop a braised white bean and pork belly cassoulet w/ a mushroom demi - Old Fashioned Ginger Bread An old Fashioned ginger bread topped w/ a spiced caramel chiboust & crisp pistachio almond florentine, served with a blueberry rum sauce garnished w/ a pistachio dust
