Friendlies, We started climbing with Qasim in Korea some 12 years ago. If you have a minute, please give him a read:) My name is Qasim, I am the founder of VOLO, a brand new climbing brand out of San Diego, CA. I am an old climbing friend of Phillippe and Lacey, the owners of Shakti! Today I wanted to let the gym members know about my new climbing brand that is currently live on Kickstarter. ... For the last two years I have been developing VOLO. We make handcrafted climbing apparel, we design it in San Diego and then I travel to Pakistan and manufacture it in a small family owned factory out of Lahore, Pakistan (my original hometown). We make bamboo climbing tees and super cool climbing shorts with awesome pockets for men and women. They are handcrafted in small batches and then manufactured in a solar powered factory to make our manufacturing process sustainable. To launch the brand we are currently running a Kickstarter and spreading the word within my climbing community about our brand. I have attached a link to our Kickstarter page.
