She Fresh: Nutrition Specialist 23.11.2020

WOW what a difference 6 months can make :) It's been a lot of hard work and I still have a long way to go to get back to my pre pregnancy body BUT I am on the path! I have to say a special thank you to my friends Sari and Chanelle for their encouragement with the home beach body workouts, my friend Taylar for being my Oxygen Yoga powering it out in the heat buddy, to my friend Nikita for doing "Makeover May workout madness" with me, to the ladies at the child care at Steve ...Nash gym while I spin, to Asher for cheering me on from his play area when I want to die if I have to do another push up, to my mommas who workout in my yoga class on Fridays with their babies and to Jen for introducing me to Juice Plus for all its nutritional support because after all we get fit working out but we get ABS in the kitchen. We are what we eat <3 gratitude - this is my fitness journey so far :) lets keep going together :) <3!!! See more

thinking of making this for dinner or lunch tomorrow but instead of the noodles maybe cabbage cut fine just like noodles.
