My first prenatal class of the New Year is Saturday, February 8! I am looking forward to spending time sharing and learning in 2020!

My next Mindful Prenatal Class is coming up August 10 at the beautiful Iris Center. I am so grateful to offer my classes in this very peaceful space!

Please join me at the IrisCenter on Friday night, July 5 for a Mindful Mamanatal Class! This class is designed for all expecting moms who would like to practice breathing and connecting with their babies :) Class is by registration.
